The drug attack was carried out by the NCB at an ongoing rave event held at the Cordelia Cruises' Empress in Mumbai. On October 2, Aryan Khan was arrested at the NCB office for investigation into a drug case. After several hours of interrogation, he was arrested under section 20 (b), 27, 28 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Along with Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also arrested. Later, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were also arrested.
